October 21-22, the significant 2024 (The 3rd) Plastics Industry Convention and Brand Ceremony was successfully held in Guangzhou with the theme of “Plastics Manufacture Led by Branding”.

2024 Innovative Product
The YZ standard series injection molding machines which won the award at the event have been upgraded four times, and each upgrade significantly improved the machines in energy saving, stability and efficiency, attributing to the continuous effort of our R&D team and QC team.

Enhanced Design of Screws
The screws are plated and made of high-intensity material with special compress ratios and L/D ratios to enable full mix and shear of materials and to precisely control the temperature during plasticizing.
Centering Bearing of the Injection Unit
A centering bearing is equipped on the basis of conventional bearings to further stabilize the plasticizing assemblies, lessen screw radical fluctuation and improve the durability of screw assemblies and bearings.
Improved Curve of Mold Clamping
Leading to faster and more accurate clamping, the three strengthened platens adopt the center-force design and the finite element force analysis improving the mechanical curve of clamping toggles.
